Meet Bailey, the BCBA behind Learning Links
A practice built on the belief that every learner deserves compassionate, individualized care.
Why Bailey started Learning Links
Quality care means prescribing services based on each learner's unique needs, not a predetermined business model.
Bailey is the founder, owner, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst behind Learning Links ABA. Her passion for psychology and behaviorism began through her personal experience with a parent who sustained a traumatic brain injury, an experience that shaped her understanding of the profound impact behavior, environment, and quality of care can have on individuals and families.
With nearly 7 years of experience in ABA, she founded Learning Links to create something different: a practice where clinical quality, meaningful progress, and genuine relationships come before productivity quotas.
In a field increasingly dominated by large, corporate ABA providers, the people behind the services can sometimes become lost in the numbers. Bailey created Learning Links to prioritize ethical clinical decision-making, individualized treatment, and the well-being of both learners and staff, without letting pressure to meet billable-hour expectations dictate clinical recommendations.
What we stand for
Three commitments guide every plan we write and every session we run.
Individualized care
Services are recommended based on each learner's unique needs, never on a one-size-fits-all model.
Clinical decisions come first
Ethical, needs-based decisions, with the well-being of learners and staff in mind.
Families as partners
Caregivers are actively involved, building confidence with strategies that support the whole household.
Learning where it matters most
One of Bailey's favorite parts of her work is providing services in the home. She believes the home is one of the most meaningful environments for learning, because skills can be practiced where they matter most. By actively involving caregivers, she helps families build confidence in strategies that support not only a child's development but the dynamics of the entire household.
